Founder and Managing Member, Jerry Gilley’s 30-year commitment to the industry serves as the backbone of Three Rivers Valle. His scope of skills, experiences and construction knowledge place him among the nation’s most distinguished developers. He is a respected expert in the industry; his credentials include: designation as “Graduate Master Builder” from the National Association of Homebuilders, former state director and national delegate of the NC Association of Homebuilders, and former director of the Lake Norman, NCHBA. Jerry also serves as a mentor/business coach and board facilitator providing expert advice and guidance to small business owners with Western North Carolina’s The Alternative Board®. TAB is an organization dedicated to helping small business owners realize and achieve their goals. Find out more at tabwnc.org. Jeremy Gilley, Senior Project Administrator

Jeremy’s role is focused in the Historic Rehabilitation segment of Three Rivers developments. Also a strong advocate of sustainability and Green Building ideology, Jeremy represents Three Rivers Valle through several functions including historical research, historic compliance and application, environmental conservation and sustainability, quality control and project safety. Jeremy holds a Bachelor degree in Fine Arts from Washington University, St. Louis.

Caroline is a Marketing and Graphic Design professional specializing in real estate marketing. A 2006 graduate of Clemson University, Caroline has a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communications and over 10 years of marketing and graphic design experience. In addition to the oversight and coordination of graphics and marketing efforts for Three Rivers, Caroline will manage marketing for Elements West, a historic rehabilitation of the E.W. Montgomery Cotton Warehouse in Greenville. The rehabilitation is a conversion of the textile warehouse into 60 Loft Style, luxury apartments.

Nick is an accomplished leader in the industry and represents the passionate, innovative, efficient aspects of the Three Rivers. Nick supports Three Rivers Developments as General Contractor through His company, Base 360. His focus remains firmly on the future of building. He avidly commits himself to the application of the industry’s cutting edge technologies. A strong proponent of Green Building ideologies, Nick’s personal values toward efficiency and conservation ensure Base 360’s bright future. His vision is to implement these ideologies outside of the residential sector into commercial, mixed use, resort and hospitality sectors. Experienced in all aspects of development and construction, Nick manages the historical rehabilitation and ground-up projects and leads with a hands-on approach of product design and engineering, marketing and budgeting.  Nick holds Bachelors degrees in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte.

SarahSarah Gilley, Sales Associate

Sarah is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. In 2008 Sarah joined the dedicated team of agents at Coldwell Banker Caine. She is a Certified New Homes Specialist and was also the first agent at Coldwell Banker Caine to obtain her GREEN designation. Her GREEN expertise allows her to be a valuable resource when assisting buyers who are interested in purchasing an energy efficient home. Sarah is also experienced in selling and marketing Energy Star® homes.

Donna Gilley has 20 years of experience in the real estate development industry. She supports the development role through many aspects including product design, historical research, space and interior design. Donna works closely with project Architects and designers during the planning to insure all components of the products and finishes are carefully considered for function, efficiency and livability. Her role includes selection and staging of product materials and finishes.  In addition to her role at Three Rivers, she also serves as the in-house Design Consultant for Acadia, an affluent neighborhood in Greenville, SC.
