Grove Arcade, Asheville, NC
Three Rivers Valle provided Development Management for the restoration and extensive renovation of the historic Grove Arcade building. Built in the 1920’s by E. W. Grove, who also built the Grove Park Inn in Asheville, the Grove Arcade was originally a multi-use facility. The federal government obtained it via eminent domain and operated offices from the property for over 50 years before the City of Asheville assumed possession. Upon its reopening in 2002, the building offers a public market with restaurants, fresh and prepared food vendors, shops, offices and 42 luxury apartments.
